Bring the family together for a summer evening on Decker Farm!  Engage in leisurely conversation and make a few new friends while dining on fresh and appetizing cuisine grown right here on Staten Island! All menu items and ingredients originate from Decker Farm, Hauser Hill Farm in New Jersey and from specific farms  Upstate, in Long Island and in Pennsylvania.

Guests are welcome to bring bottles of their favorite wine or beer to share but are welcome to enjoy our complimentary selection.


Cocktail Presentation

Nectarine sangria made with homemade Burgundy plus beer and wine selections

Fried cucuzza with horseradish mayonnaise

Hard cooked eggs presented with chicken liver pate

Corn fritters with scallion-creme fraiche

Our own prosciutto

Dinner

Caramelized apples with red onions

Tomato, mozzarella and basil salad

Whole roasted pig

Rosemary roasted potatoes

Beet salad with goat cheese

Braised cabbage

Green beans with roasted almonds and fried onions

Corn on the cob

Grilled farm vegetables

Farm-stand desserts

Cream cheese pound cake with peach sauce

Lavender blueberry muffins

Chilled chickory coffee served Vietnamese-style and herbed tea

About Decker Farm
Decker Farm is an 11-acre patch of land that is a unique part of Historic Richmond Town.  It is New York City’s oldest continuously operating farm hosting New York City’s genuine farm stand. Join us each Saturday on the farm for a presentation of produce and farm inspired breakfasts.
