MAY 30th 11 am to 5 pm Historic Richmond Town will present a festival that features lots of goodies and fun the whole family can enjoy. Uncorked! NYC's Wine, Food & Fun Fest will feature the best in professional and homemade wine and food during a site-wide event Guests will enjoy contemporary demonstrations from top Staten Island professionals, sample hand-picked homemade recipes and taste traditional food and drink preparations.

Uncorked! is part of Historic Richmond Town's mission of presenting the American experience from the 1600s until today. This fest invites guests to soak in and eat up that experience. If you would like to present your specialty at Uncorked! please submit an application for the event. Once all the applications are in, the Uncorked! will choose a select group to exhibit during the event. There is no application or exhibit fee. It's free. 

Historic Richmond Town still offers good things in difficult times.

Blue ribbons will be presented in several categories. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges and by the votes of guests sampling the recipes. Is your food or wine a crowd pleaser? Find out at Uncorked!

Admission fees for guests will be $22 per adult for advance purchase and $27 at the door. Tickets for children 12 and under are only $6 pre-sale, $8 at the door. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All proceeds from this event go toward the education programs and restoration at Historic Richmond Town.
