Historic Richmond Town and Time Warner Cable team up again to present a festival that features lots of goodies and fun the whole family can enjoy. The 2nd annual UNCORKED! NYC's Wine, Food & Fun Fest will feature the best in professional and homemade wine and food during a site-wide event.  2009 was a blast...2010 we do it again!

Guests will enjoy contemporary demonstrations from top Staten Island professionals, sample hand-picked homemade recipes and taste traditional food and drink preparations.


Drink it in slowly...Brooklyn Brewery, Staten Island Winery, Vino di Vino and Piazza Brothers Winery.

Blue Ribbon


Uncorked! is part of Historic Richmond Town's mission of presenting the American experience from the 1600s until today. This fest invites guests to soak in and eat up that experience. Historic Richmond Town still offers good things in difficult times.


Prepaid reservations $22/Adults, $3 children 12 & under.  Call 718-351-1611, Ext. 270, 236.  Prepaid discount ends on Friday may 21 at 1 pm.


At the door: $27/Adults, $3 children 12 & under.



Visit the Time Warner Cable booth receive a scratch off ticket for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the “Top Chef: The Tour” on May 23rd .  Tickets include access to an exclusive cooking demo by two of Bravo’s Top Chef’testants Nikki Cascone (Season 4) and Ash Fulk (Season 6) at 3:00 p.m., as well as access to sample food tastings, gourmet cooking tips, Top Chef show "secrets," and chef’testant autographs.   The Tour is taking place in Gansevoort Pedestrian Plaza on 9th Avenue in Manhattan.





FAQ


  • Must I BYOG (bring your own glass)?   No.  When you arrive you will head to our hospitality tent and be handed a wine glass filled with something very nice.  But you can always bring your own.  

  • What is Cheese School 101 and 102?  101 is a beginner's course.  201 is advanced.

  • Do I need to make a reservation for Cheese School?  No.  it's first come, first seated.  Get there early. Seating is limited.

  • Is there an addtional charge?  No.  The demonstrations, tastings, Cheese School, kids games, activities, tours and exhibits are all included.   The only thing extra are optional items for sale throughout the site and at our Musuem Store.

  • Are there things for kids to do?  Yes.  There will be tradtional demonstrations and games.  There will be NO amusement rides.

  • Can I download the program? Yes.  The link is below.
