For the past 20 years, celebrated chef and restaurateur, David Cavagnaro has been sharing his unique gifts and expertise with the public. As owner and chef of the American Grill he helped develop the new standard of using fresh local foods in his recipes.

Today, he manages the fields at Decker Farm where that local food is produced.  He prepares meals from the farm, going from farm to table every week of the season.

If you ever visited Decker Farm then you know Farmer Dave and his ability to serve up great advice about good food.

Now you can go back to "school" with David as he guides you through the preparation and tasting of five intriguing martinis.  Working with different flavors he creates subtle and unique differences that you and your guests will appreciate at party time.

He does it on the farm, he did it at Cheese School and now he mixes it up at Historic Richmond Town's Martini Master Class and Tapas Tasting.
