Historic Richmond Town offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for all ages and different work experiences that help us serve our mission. Volunteering opportunities range from helping at Decker Farm or in our historic town, assisting during events, supporting our staff on traditional and digital projects, sharing your musical talents if you play an instrument, and helping research history in our large archives. We also offer volunteer internships for qualified programs. We have activities and responsibilities in every general area of study from finance and technology to agriculture and architecture.
We are thankful for all of our volunteers and the Society could not operate without them. Please feel free to call us at 718-351-1611 to discuss opportunities further. Students who need to fulfill school credit and Eagle/Boy Scout projects are welcome.
