Historic Richmond Town offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for all ages and different work experiences that help us serve our mission.

We offer a wide variety of volunteering opportunities in the office or out in the fresh air!
Volunteering opportunities range from helping at Decker Farm or in our historic town, assisting during events, supporting our staff on traditional and digital projects, sharing your musical talents if you play an instrument, and helping research history in our large archives. We also offer volunteer internships for qualified programs.  We have activities and responsibilities in every general area of study from finance and technology to agriculture and architecture.

We are thankful for all of our volunteers and the Society could not operate without them. Students who need to fulfill school credit and Eagle/Boy Scout projects are welcome.
