This exciting addition brings a beloved local favorite to the museum’s historic grounds, offering visitors a delightful array of Italian ices and ice cream flavors to enjoy during their visits.​

Founded in Brooklyn in 1959, Uncle Louie G has grown into a cherished regional brand recognized for its variety of handcrafted frozen treats, with over 50 locations across the United States including seven in Staten Island. Serving over 30 flavors, their menu has something to satisfy every sweet tooth.
