Tiers & Pricing

Food & Beverage Vendors:

10'x10' space (or 1 food truck/trailer)
Tier I: $1,150 (3 days)

Merchandise, Advertising, & Craft Vendors:

10’x10’ space
Tier I: $750 (3 days)
Tier II: $450 (3 days); $350 (2 days); $250 (1 day)

Staten Island Culture Crawl:

10’x10’ space (non-profit organizations only)
Tier III: $25 (3 days); $25 (2 days); $25 (1 day)

Vendor Registration Form

Businesses and organizations that wish to participate as a vendor in the 2024 Richmond County Fair, to be held August 31, September 1, and September 2, must submit the registration form on this page by 5:00p.m. on August 16, 2024.

Within one week of submission, you will be contacted by Historic Richmond Town with instructions for completing your registration. Your registration is not complete until full payment is received and documentation submitted.

Anything not specified herein is subject to removal at Historic Richmond Town's sole discretion.

Non-Profit Status

The Staten Island Culture Crawl is reserved for non-profit organizations in arts, culture, and social service. Vendors will be required to submit proof of tax-exempt status.

I represent a non-profit organization and understand that I will be required to provide documentation of its tax-exempt status.

I do not represent a non-profit organization and did not elect to participate in the Staten Island Culture Crawl.

Electrical Access

Limited access to electricity is available to Tier I vendors upon request. Wattage use may not exceed 15 amps per 10’x10’ space. Electrical access may not be shared or split by any means.

I request access to electricity for my Tier I vendor space.

I do not request access to electricity.

Certificate of Insurance

Vendors may be required to submit a certificate of insurance demonstrating general liability coverage that satisfies minimum thresholds as determined in Historic Richmond Town's sole discretion, and which names the Staten Island Historical Society, Inc. and the City of New York as additionally insured.
